By commissioning me, you accept these terms of service.

All rights to the artwork belong to me, Mikki/Yuzu/Chai. The art the commissioner receives will be for personal use only.Artwork for commercial use can be done for an extra cost. Feel free to discuss this with me before you commission me.If you commission me, there's a chance that I'll use your commission as an example of my work.Please please please credit me it is very much appreciated!!If you buy an adopt/design from me, you cannot sell it for more than what you paid for unless they have extra artwork. You're free to make changes of your own, however, you must credit me for the original design.Payment will be through PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle or Square.The characters you want drawn should be your own. I will not draw stolen characters. If you have permission to get artwork of characters that aren't yours, I will only draw them if you provide proof.You cannot trace my artwork.I give out lots of work in progress updates, however, you're free to ask for them anytime. (Be aware that this isn't my full-time job, meaning I won't be available all the time.)After any wip sent, I will need approval in order for me to continue. Any changes can be done in the "sketching phase", after that, changes will be an additional cost.Once I add color, no more changes can be done.If you do not respond to my messages within one week, I will put your commission on pause. After 4 weeks, I'll drop your commission and you'll get a partial refund, depending on how far into the commission process you were.Refunds can be given in full if I haven't started on your commission, however, depending on how far into the commission process you're in, partial refunds will be given.No refunds will be given after the commission is completed.I have the right to drop a commission or refuse service to anyone for whatever reason.The commissioner does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.If the commissioner files a chargeback, (or ghosts me) I will make a beware of you and you'll be blacklisted, meaning that you'll be blocked and not allowed to commission me. Additionally, the artwork, (completed or not) will be edited and used for something else.I will not work with Trump supporters/MAGA, my work isn't for you.
